How It Works

You book a time. We park in front of your house. Your dog walks a few steps from your door into a warm, quiet, fully outfitted grooming van, gets our undivided attention for the length of the appointment, and walks back inside clean.

That is the whole thing. No drop-off. No pickup. No four-hour window where you wonder how it is going.

Our van carries its own water, its own power and its own heating and cooling. We need a parking spot and nothing else from you.

Scheduling in Springfield

We generally book two to three weeks out, and we hold a small number of slots for regular clients on a recurring schedule. If your dog needs grooming on a predictable cycle — most doodles do — ask about standing appointments when you call.

Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If those hours do not work for you, call and ask — we can often arrange something outside them.
